Ci siamo , dopo la Legge Regionale 7 del 2012 , non si avevano avute più notizie.
Invece dopo la conferenza Stato-Regioni di ieri, Regione Lombardia ha deciso di allinearsi alle norme UNI TS 11300 e sui contenuti del DM Requisiti
Minimi e delle Linee Guida per la certificazione e, dal 1 gennaio 2016 tutti gli edifici di nuova progettazione avranno le caratteristiche definite Nzeb, a energia quasi zero.
Quindi se si sta progettando un edificio o si intende realizzarne uno nei prossimi mesi,dovrà essere a bassissimo consumo o tipo Passive House per essere in linea con la nuova normativa.
Quindi la Lombardia sarà quindi la prima regione Europea ad adottare la normativa Nzeb.
Prima solo la città di Bruxelles aveva adottato il protocollo Passive House da gennaio di quest’anno.

After the Regional Law 7 of 2012 ,we had not more news.
Instead, after the State-Regions Conference yesterday , the Lombardy Region has decided to align itself with UNI TS 11300 and the contents of the DM Minimum Requirements and Guidelines for certification and , from 1 January 2016 all new buildings will have design features NZEB defined.
So, if you will design a Building today, this will be like a Passive House or very low energy consumption,to be alligned with the new legislation.
So the Lombardy Region will then be the first to adopt European legislation Nzeb .
