Over the years, I have gained a lot of experience in designing of Exclusive Natural Houses with low energy consumption, and in the renovation of old buildings where planning every intervention is essential to obtein design and low consumption.

In 1993 I earned my high-school diploma in Surveying, and  when in 2006 I understand the concept of passive houses, I became very interested on the design of comfortable and green buildings.

My education begins with the CasaClima courses, basic and advanced, to continue in the Passive House Institute.

In 2009 I attended the first course, and in 2012 I’ve got  the international and national double qualification Passive House, with the Passive House Institut Italia, with which I started, immediately, important collaborations.

Thanks to my Unique Work System everybody such as private customers, building companies, designers and Studios, can have a single interlocutor for all the technical aspects of the building site.

I’m responsible for all the projects of efficient luxury houses, in Brescia and province, but also in other areas of northern Italy.

I follow my customers from the first consultation, essential to analyze their needs and the individual cases, to the tailor-made design. Only in this way I can assure the best result in line with expectations. I don’t like “cheap” and standardized solutions, because they can cause problems in a few years’ time and lose of value.
